Property Negotiation Services
Negotiating on a property—especially in a fast-moving market—can be challenging, even for experienced buyers. That’s where we step in. Whether you're dealing with a private treaty, pre-auction offer, or post-auction negotiation, we represent your interests with clarity, strategy, and professionalism.
We assess the property’s value after an onsite inspection, using comparable sales and market insights, then negotiate on your behalf to secure the best possible price and terms. Our goal is to help you secure the property you want—without overpaying or second-guessing the process.
What Involved in Our Negotiation Services.
1. Thorough first hand inspection of the property
To start the process off, our Property Negotiation Service includes a thorough first hand inspection of the property. We will provide you with an expert Property Appraisal and an estimate of current market value.
2. Negotiation Strategy
We’ll then discuss the most appropriate negotiation strategy with you, and proceed to negotiations with the selling agent or vendor. After we have successfully secured your property, we’ll be there to assist you until settlement if required.
3. Financing and Due Diligence
Before commencement of our Property Negotiation service, you will need to have your finance approved. All due diligence should also be completed before we start any negotiations, and we can assist you with this if required. We can obtain Building & Strata Reports for you, plus recommend conveyancing and other services if necessary (at your cost). Please let us know if these services are required at your consultation.
Haste is often required during negotiations, and it’s really important not to be held up with due diligence once the negotiations have started.

Making an offer on a property
1. Research
Before making an offer, determine your max price by researching comparable local properties, monitoring sales, and attending auctions to gauge competition; observe other buyers’ interest and questions at inspections, ask agents about contract requests or inspections from...
2. Make Your Offer on a Property in Writing
While not required by law, putting your property offer in writing clarifies terms and conditions for both agent and vendor, showing commitment and reducing misunderstandings....
3. Minimize Conditions When Making an Offer
An offer with a signed contract and deposit is often more appealing to vendors, especially if its unconditional and free of special conditions, as it may even encourage acceptance at a slightly lower price for added assurance. Be ready to negotiate, but stay firm on your limits.
4. Act Quickly When Your Offer on a Property is Accepted
If your offer on a property is accepted, move quickly to ensure the exchange of contracts occurs as soon as possible. Maintain open communication with the agent until the exchange is finalized to reduce the risk of another buyer swooping in (gazumping).
Clear, Fixed Fees For Our Buyers Agent Services. No Surprises, Just Certainty
