First we physically inspect the property and surrounds taking extensive digital photographs and videos if required.

We analyse the condition and features of the property, including both positive and negative and how these might affect the property’s value.  These can include aspects such as the size, quality of construction, condition, layout and other notable features.

The reports include other factors such as the overall location, zoning considerations, proximity to schools, public transport, shopping centres and other amenities that can impact property values.

Property Appraisal Reports include the sales history and ownership for the property, plus recent comparable sales and current listings in the local area.  We include web links and provide a comparison to the property of interest.

The Report includes include an analysis of suburb demographics and amenities, historical median price statistics and the state of the market

You gain access to extensive information, not readily available to other buyers, enabling you to confidently make the right price decision for the current market conditions.

Homesearch Solutions undertakes other investigations with the sales agent and the local council.  We uncover any relevant issues or zoning/development activities that could either positively or negatively impact the sale.

Finally the Property Appraisal Reports include a price appraisal for the property of interest,  in the current market conditions.

Your Property Appraisal Report will usually be available within 24 hours of your order.
