The Eastern Suburbs
The Eastern Suburbs of Sydney is considered to be one of Sydneys’ most desirable addresses. It is located between the CBD and the coast to the east and extends from South Head at Watsons Bay in the north, down to Maroubra in the south.
The area has a variety of housing styles, from the Victorian terraces of inner city Paddington and Woollahra through to large modern and older style mansions of Vaucluse and Bellevue Hill. There are many semi attached houses, and also many blocks of units of various sizes. The area is well known for the Eastern beaches including Bondi, Bronte, Tamarama & Coogee. It has wonderful harbour access, restaurants and pubs, shopping, cinemas, quality schools and Centennial Park. Transport links to the CBD are good with train, bus and ferry services.
