Full-Service Buyers Agent Package Fees
This service covers every stage of your property purchase, from the initial briefing through to settlement, when the keys are officially yours.
Our Full-Service Buyer’s Agent Package Fees are structured in two stages:
1. A non-refundable retainer of $5,000 is payable at the commencement of the search which covers our initial and ongoing time and costs for the search.
2. The remaining balance, or success fee, is payable upon successfully purchasing a property and is due at exchange of contracts.
Auction Bidding Service Fees
Fees for our Auction Bidding Service are based on the level of pre-auction analysis, involvement required and the location. Let us know the details of the property and we will provide a quotation.
Property Negotiation Service Fees
Property Negotiation fees are determined based on the level of advice, complexity of strategy needed plus the location of the property. Each fee proposal is structured to suit the unique nature of the negotiation.
Property Appraisal Report Fees
Appraisal Reports start from $990 (including GST), with final pricing determined by the property's location, value, and the level of detail you require. Each report is tailored to suit your specific requirements.
