As real estate professionals, it’s almost become a reflex—curiosity kicks in, and we can’t help ourselves as we start to imagine buying a property and moving, to whichever city it is that we are now enjoying.

So, if you’ve found yourself doing the same—gazing at those listings and picturing yourself purchasing a perfect overseas pad—you’re in good company.
