Sydney Property MarketAugust 2011 – Now is a good time to buy In our 12 years operating as buyers agents we have observed a general tendency to the “herd mentality” with property buyers. When property prices are strong and rising, buyers feel more confident and are sometimes panicked into a purchase, and are therefore active in the market only when competition is at its strongest and prices are rising.
