Established in 1999, Homesearch Solutions is a fully Licensed Real Estate Buyers Agency. We were one of the first businesses in Sydney to assist the home and investment buyer in all aspects of their real estate purchase. Since then we have helped our clients from both within and outside Australia to locate a range of property, from apartments through to large free standing homes. We also service buyers of commercial and industrial property.
Homesearch Solutions is ideally located to service the Eastern Suburbs, North Shore, Inner West and Northern Beaches. We will also cover Sydney’s outer metropolitan areas and regional New South Wales if required.

Henry Wilkinson – LREA Dip Bus (Real Estate Management)
Principal Henry Wilkinson is one of the most experienced and professional buyers agents in Sydney, and is dedicated to providing the highest standard of service to his clients.
He has purchased over $450 million worth of residential property for clients, including some of Sydney’s finest homes. Having assessed and inspected thousands of properties since becoming a buyers agent, his experience enables him to be able to pick a quality property.
Henry is a fully Licensed Real Estate Agent and holds a Diploma in Business (Real Estate Management) from Macleay College. He has extensive experience in property and financial services, and is involved in all aspects of the business including: initial contact and advice, property search, negotiation, auction bidding, and all other matters through to settlement.
He maintains a strong business network across Sydney, and has a proven track record of honesty, diligence and professionalism in his relations with clients. He gets great satisfaction in being able to locate people their “dream home”, and to also find quality purchases for investment clients.
Henry’s opinions are regularly sought by industry publications, and has featured in journals such as Australian Property Investor, The Australian Financial Review, Sydney Morning Herald – Domain, Sydney Morning Herald – Money, Money Magazine, Your Mortgage Magazine and The Daily Telegraph. He has also appeared on the television property show “Location Location”.
He served on the executive committee of the Real Estate Buyers Agents Association of Australia (REBAA) as Treasurer for 4 years between 2007 & 2011, and also on the Buyers Agents Chapter Committee of the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales (REINSW) between 2009 & 2011.
Henry was judged a finalist for the 2010 & 2011 NSW Real Estate Institute Awards for Excellence in the Buyers Agent Category.

Caroline Wilkinson has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of New South Wales as well as a Real Estate Certificate of Registration which was completed at the NSW Real Estate Institute.
Previously holding senior marketing positions at Southcorp Wines, at Homesearch Solutions she is responsible for client management, property management, marketing and administration, as well as overseeing the client property search process. She has an in depth understanding of the various Sydney property markets, and what is achievable with each client’s respective purchasing budget.
